BY USING YOUR DYNASWING YOUTH/ADULT TRAINING BAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. BEFORE USING YOUR BAT, PLEASE READ THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY, DO NOT USE YOUR BAT. RETURN YOUR BAT TO THE DEALER OF PURCHASE. SEE THE DEALER’S RETURN POLICY FOR DETAILS AND/OR ADDITIONAL RETURN REQUIREMENTS.

WOOD BAT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

This wood training bat requires special care, as it consists of carefully selected timber to enhance performance. Please store in a cool, dry place. Keep your bat out of places with excess moisture or extreme temperatures. Store your bat in a vertical position with the handle up. High compression balls may shorten the life of your bat, as well as team usage situations. Do not hit the bat against metal cleats, rocks or anything other than regulation game balls as this will damage your bat and void your warranty. DO NOT use solvents or any ammonia-based products to clean your bat.

30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Under this limited warranty, Dynaswing will provide a replacement of your wood training bat within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) for the following 3 conditions resulting from normal field use -- (1) severe denting, (2) structural cracking, or (3) collapsed/detached cupping affecting the bat’s performance. To qualify for warranty service, you must be the original purchaser of the bat and provide proof of purchase from an authorized Dynaswing dealer.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

1. Bats subjected to misuse, abuse, or failure to observe care instructions (including, use in commercial batting cages)
2. Damage other than the 3 conditions listed above (i.e., normal wear and tear / cosmetic damage)
3. Bats subjected to unauthorized modification or alteration, including boning, engraving or other means of “doctoring”
4. Bats purchased from unauthorized dealers (including, bats purchased through (i) auction sites such as eBay or Craigslist, (ii) unauthorized dealers selling via third party marketplaces such as Amazon Marketplace, or (iii) dealers selling altered or doctored bats)

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH SERVICE/PRODUCT

If you feel Dynaswing has not met its obligations under this warranty, you may attempt to resolve the issue internally with Dynaswing. Send your (1) order date and (2) order number through our contact form. A free replacement bat will be sent to the customer if the claim falls in the 30-day Warranty Period. If you are not satisfied with your training bat, you are more than welcome to return to original shipping address for a full refund. This must also happen within the 30- day Warranty Period. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
